Bespoke

From our initial consultation, either via phone, email or a visit to my studio. I will begin sketching some ideas for your piece, once you have chosen a design, a 50% non refundable deposit will be required and I will start work on your order.

All bespoke pieces are designed and hand made to order by me. Dependant on the design and detail, delivery times may vary. Please allow up to 8 weeks for your bespoke piece to arrive.

Care

Each design is created by hand, with a combination of fine metals, glass beads and Swarovski Crystals. They are fragile items and should be handled carefully, please avoid using any products or chemicals directly onto the piece.

I use a variety of metals within my work, from raw brass to plated base metals. Tarnish is a natural process and will occur when metals are exposed to oxygen, even non tarnish metals will eventually tarnish over time. To avoid this as much as possible, I advise keeping your piece in its original packaging when not being worn.

When cared for correctly, my pieces should last for years to come. If however, an item needs repair, please do get in touch, I offer a repair guarantee service for all my designs. Please note, a minimal charge for this may be applied dependant on the condition and circumstance.

Returns

All items from my main collection can be returned within 14 days. I offer an exchange option, or providing it is in it's original packaging and in perfect, unused condition, a full refund will be issued. Please note, this will not include the cost of postage. Contact me here to begin a return.

If the return of the Products is not because of a product defect or an error committed by us, you will have to pay the shipping charges for the return of the Products.

If you exercise this right to return the Products, you will return the Products ordered, in a state fit for their resale and in their original and unsealed packaging, to the following address: Juliet Barratt, JUBILEE WHARF GALLERY, JUBILEE WHARF, COMMERCIAL ROAD, PENRYN, tr10 8FG

Bespoke items are hand crafted and designed to order, so therefore non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your bespoke order after the deposit has been paid, due to the work already carried out unfortunately the deposit is non-refundable and the finished item will be listed within my main collection on my website.
